Services
IT PYRAMID provides a range of digital marketing services, including SEO, Website Design & Development, Content marketing, Social Media Management, Designing, Animations and more. The scope of work and specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate service agreement.
Payment Terms
- Fees: All fees for services are due as outlined in the service agreement. Payments must be made in full and on time.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension of services until full payment is received. A late fee may also be applied.
Client Responsibilities
- Information and Access: The client must provide all necessary information and access to systems as required by IT PYRAMID to perform the services.
- Timely Responses: The client should respond promptly to communications and requests for information or approvals to avoid delays in the project.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information that is not publicly known and is shared as part of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, and proprietary information.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The client retains ownership of all intellectual property provided to IT PYRAMID. IT PYRAMID retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and intellectual property created prior to the service engagement.
- License: Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables created by IT PYRAMID.
Limitation of Liability
IT PYRAMID will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to IT PYRAMID for the specific service in question.
Termination
- By Client: The client may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due.
- By IT PYRAMID: IT PYRAMID may terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches any terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice.
Changes to Terms
IT PYRAMID reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where IT PYRAMID is headquartered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the client and IT PYRAMID and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
